Backed up by the banking and financial strength of Crédit Agricole Group (majority shareholder with 80%) with its global presence and resources made available by Capgemini under our strategic agreement (minority shareholder 20%) and positioned as the expert partner for the digital transformation of tomorrow's Wealth Managers with a single ambition: to make S2i the technology and banking operations platform of choice for the Wealth Managers in its international markets.

Our business has a single purpose: building partnerships with tomorrow's Private Bankers and Wealth Managers, helping them adapt and develop in a fast-changing world. We do this through a comprehensive and integrated technology solution, operational services and high-quality consultancy services, backed by our quality process. All available in the 11 countries where our user community is active, with a unique system : S2i.

For a specific Functional Domain (welth Management, Advisory, Order Management), the Technical Expert (TE) is fully responsible for supporting the new business initiatives. He/ She will work closely with the Delivery Manager to provide technical expertise and write technical and functional specifications.

During project execution, TE/BA  will support the Project Manager to initiate the project(s) (Sales to delivery support), contribute and support the project team with technical expertise to ensure successful delivery.

TE/BA will be fully responsible for managing Domain level artefacts aligning to Azqore project methodology.
 

Clients and service oriented, the Technical Expert / Business Analyst monitors within a project the quality of the requirements:

The role consists in getting closer IT to Client business areas. 

  • Involve early in the project to perform workshops to capture requirements and to follow product roadmap. 
  • Contribute upon request to write RFP. 
  • Write functional and technical specifications
  • Implement users tests
  • Assist the business in the UAT phase
  • Assist the business stakeholder in their decision. 
  • Actively contribute to design and write requirements baseline. 
  • Support IT specialists (onshore and offshore) by gathering and sharing transversal information coming from Azqore Strategy and Clients’ expectations. 
  • Become a referent during the testing phases set up and ensure the follow up of the User Acceptance by leading the question and defect workflows in collaboration with the users. 
  • Bring clarity and highlight the business impact of the retained solution. 
  • Support and adhere to Azqore Methodology and continuously contribute to improve the processes. 
  • Attend the project daily meetings. 
  • Able to lead through the lite Azqore Methodology small projects (<100 mandays).

Expérience

At least 3-5 years experiences in Financial Services and Private Banking environnment

 

Compétences recherchées

Business Skills

-         Knowledge of banking products and compliance for WM sector and UE regulatory environnment

-        MS office suite

-       Knowledge of a core banking system is highly appreciated. (S2i is a plus)

 

Soft Skills

-       Analytical mind and synthesis skills

-       Editorial ease

-       Incentive to work in a team and make it moveing ahead

-       Rigour.

 

Outils informatiques

·      COBOL, DB2/SQL, JCL, CICS COBOL Online (Screens and Maps) and sequential file handling

·      Knowledge in Unix shell scripts is good to have

·      At least 3 years experienced in system analysis and design
