Job summary

This position will perform business analysis, project management and organization duties locally and as part of the Indosuez Wealth Management group Organisation and Project Management business line (MOA).

Responsibilities:
Trainee to be involved in:

1. Collaboration with internal stakeholders to have a good knowledge of the roles and expertise of their business lines

2. Assist Project Manager in facilitating internal IT transformation projects

3. Support Internal clients technically and operationally

4. Provide coordination and support for the IT or operational projects in a transversal way and among the different stockholders and entities

5. Assist in change management initiatives related to major IT or operational development

6. mplementation of monitoring and warning indicators for on-going projects

 


Technical Skills and Competencies:
1. Personal effectiveness and strategic planning skills

2. Stakeholder engagement and customer service focus behaviour

3. Gain experience with basic project management skills

4. Gain foundational knowledge and application to facilitate transformational projects

5. Gain experience with Private Banking internal systems, database management and record keeping

Experience

All trainees must fulfil the following criteria:

Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident; and
a. Graduated or graduating in calendar year 2019 or 2020 from ITEs, polytechnics, universities, or other educational institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions); or

b. Graduated earlier from above institutions and completed National Service in 2019 or 2020.
