Job summary

The role is responsible to

  • Support  Relationship  Managers (RMs) and the Client Service Officers (CSOs) in  the  KYC periodic account review 2019.

  • Pre-fill the KYC V10 document according to the information already existing in the previous KYC or in the S2i system

  • Proceed to all the checks like internet, Worldcheck, Factiva

  • Requiring and providing any missing documents (i.e. source of wealth, passport copy, etc.)

  • Following up the files and queries with Compliance and Central Files

  • Consolidate and prepare the KYC files for their upload in the new CRM database

  • Report to the Head of CSO on the project updates on a weekly basis


Key Responsibilities:


To discharge his/her following responsibilities in full compliance with the Bank’s Code of Conduct and Procedures:

  • Prepare KYC and documentation;
  • Communicate and follow up on files with RMs/CSOs, Head of CSO, Compliance and Central Files
  • Follow up and monitoring of the progress
  • Ensure that this tasks and documents comply with the Bank’s policies and legal requirements;
  • Assume any other tasks as assigned.

Candidate criteria

Minimal education level

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

•University degree or equivalent

Level of minimal experience

0-2 years


• Any relevant experience, private banking experience will be an advantage

Required skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Adaptable, curious, proactive and independent
• Ability to work under stressful and fast pace environment
• Self-motivated and meticulous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other PC applications

Technical skills required

• VBA knowledge a plus
