Job summary
As a Wealth Management generalist, the Client Service Officer (CSO) works within a CSO team under the responsibility of a Team Coordinator CSO (CCSO).
Your team works with a specific Wealth Management Zone. You support a/several Relationship Manager(s) (RM) in the administrative and operational management of their clientele portfolios.
You hold a key relationship position and contribute to the quality of the Bank's image. You are acting as a link between the operational departments of the Bank, the collaborators and the clients.
- Ensure the link between the client, RMs, Service Team and operational departments ;
- Assist RMs in their mission by executing the day-to-day business and more occasional activities ;
- Establishe and maintains quality relationships with the clients (both external and internal) ;
- Proceed with accounts openings/closings, pass the orders and controls the correct execution ;
- Control client identification, and call-backs ;
- Prepare the RM’s travels ;
- Master the mechanisms of the bank and works within the established practices and procedures.
