For a specific Functional Domain (Front Office and Advisory), the Business Analyst (BA) is fully responsible for supporting the new business initiatives.

He/She will work closely with the Delivery Manager to provide functional expertise, analyse client requirements, write functional specifications and participate to testing.

During project execution, he/she will support the Project Manager during the complete project life cycle (Sales to delivery support), contribute and support the project team with functional expertise to ensure successful delivery.

He/She will be fully responsible for managing Domain level artefacts aligning to Azqore project methodology.
 

Responsibilities

Clients and service oriented, the Business Analyst have an important role during the complete project life cycle :

  • Involved early in the project with the Project Manager to perform workshops to capture requirements. 
  • Write functional specifications.
  • Bring clarity and highlight the business impact of the retained solution. 
  • Assist the business stakeholders in their decision. 
  • Actively contribute to the fuctional design and write functional requirements baseline. 
  • Support IT specialists (onshore and offshore) by gathering and sharing all functional information and client expectations. 
  • Be the leader during the testing phases, implement users tests and ensure the follow-up of the User Acceptance, coordinating defect workflows in collaboration with the users. 
  • Support and adhere to Azqore Methodology and continuously contribute to improve the processes. 
  • Attend the project daily meetings. 
  • Able to lead small projects (<100 mandays) respecting the light Azqore Methodology.

At least 3-5 years experiences in Financial Services and Private Banking environnment

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of banking products in the Wealth Management sector
    MS-Office suite
    Knowledge of a core banking and/or front office system is highly appreciated (S2i is a plus)
    DB2/SQL, reading Cobol code
    Project methodologies (Waterfall or Agile)

  • Analysis of a group of portfolios by financial market, global portfolio
  • Global Stock Market or Forex order management
  • Management of asset allocation grids: standard grids, difference between portfolios and asset allocation grids
  • Managing portfolios constraints
  • Simulation of portfolio orders
  • Automatic order generation from model portfolios (systematic management, flexi-management)
  • Management of mirror clients for external assets (held outside the Bank)

Outils informatiques

DB2/SQL, reading Cobol code (or other procedural language).
