Aligned with the transformation ambitions of CA Indosuez, we are looking to develop our Organisation and Project Management business line (MOA) team in Singapore. The deployment of our roadmap involves projects that require project management, trainings and change management.

We are looking for a Project Manager who will perform business analysis, project management and organization duties locally and as part of the Indosuez Wealth Management group Organisation and Project Management business line (MOA). 

You will support the establishment of new projects for the Bank and drive the implementation of the related projects through from initial concept to delivery in Singapore with support to our sister branch in Hong Kong.

The role will be part of the COO team where you play an active role in engaging and collaborating with  key stakeholders  and other business lines of the company. The ideal candidate should possess strong project management background and an analytical problem-solver with a passion for delivering results in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high energy environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Have a close proximity with the Internal Clients in order to have a good knowledge of the roles and expertise of their business lines, 
• Act as an Assistant to a Project Manager for different projects,
• In turn, act as a Project Manager for different IT or operational small scale projects requiring transformation,
• Contribute to the rationalization and the automation of proceeding in order to achieve better efficiency and in turn productivity gain,
• Support the Internal Clients technically and operationally,
• Provide coordination and support for the IT or operational projects in a transversal way and among the different stockholders,
• Contribute to the change management arising from major IT or operational developments,
• Contribute to implement monitoring and warning indicators for each ongoing projects.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience and from leading Business Schools or Universities
• Minimum 5 - 8 years of project management experience, including project management in banking environment with proven experience in Digital project implementation
• Relevant experience partnering with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment
• Intermediate proficiency in office tools (MS Office environment), Collaborative tools (Webex, Klaxoon) as well as presentation skills
• Relevant  knowledge of the full project development life cycles
• Strong vendor and stakeholder management
• Ability to work independently and as a good team player with analytical, management and time-management skills
• Proficiency in English and French required as large percentage of stakeholders are French speaking
• Pro-active and creative with good conceptual thinking and problem solving skills
• Respect for values, ethics, confidentiality and open to change
