Job summary

The resource will actively participate in the deployment of the business offering (residential and commercial real estate finance, corporate finance, lombard/securities based lending, HoldCo finance), supporting the local team in the day-by-day activities.

Main tasks:

· Analyze the financial situation of clients and / or prospects and assess which extraordinary financial strategy best meets them.

· Prepare analysis, reports, marketing pitch-books, term sheets and related materials to be delivered to clients and prospects.

· Prepare credit papers and financing transaction requests.

· Assist in the execution of deals.

· Pay attention to cross-selling opportunities for the Bank and ensure the quality of the service.

· Document projects and activities through a structured and regular reporting.

· Document and maintain the knowledge of the financial situation and the needs of the Client, taking into account at the same time financial, professional and personal aspects.

. Identify and manage all risks and compliance issues for the client and the bank, based on latest regulation given by competent national and international Authorities as well as the Group.

The resource will be exposed to a challenging and rapidly changing international environment, which requires multi-tasking skills, relating to several key people within the organization, and meeting tight deadlines. Candidate criteria

Minimal education level

Postgraduate degree – MA/MSc/PhD/Doctorate or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

·         Master's degree in Finance, Economics or Management Engineering

Level of minimal experience

0-2 years


·         expertise in balance sheet analysis and creditworthiness analysis

Required skills


·         initiative and ability to work both independently and in a team

·         Proactivity, accuracy, desire to learn, sense of responsibility

Technical skills required

·         excellent command of  Office tools, in particular Power Point and Excel

·         Excellent analytical, synthesis and writing skills


Fluent in Italian (+ Good knowledge of English or French)
