Job summary

The trainee will join Banca Leonardo SPA, an Italian Bank specialized in Wealth Management recently acquired by CA Indosuez Group.
More precisely the resource will work under the supervision of the local head of Communication of both Banca Leonardo and CA Indosuez Wealth (Europe) Italy Branch, and will be expected to perform the following activities :
-management of internal and external communication activities
-provide support in writing texts about internal and external communication: write and edit content for different marketing materials (i.e. presentations, brochures, newsletter, intranet content and other communication material to be distributed during clients' events in order to increase the brand visibility)
-update the calendar of events to be proposed to the commercial staff
-activities aimed at monitoring the commercial achievements resulting from each event
-coordination with the International Communication Department
-support other communication and day-to-day activities in the office, including administration activities
-provide support in arranging and managing internal meetings for staff (Sales Meetings, Commercial Meetings, Marketing Meeting etc)
-Provide support in the implementation of a CRM system (Customer Relationship Management)
-provide support to the commercial network in gathering information about clients to develop an appropriate marketing strategy and plan

Candidate criteria

Minimal education level

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

a degree in communication and marketing will be considered a plus

Level of minimal experience

0-2 years


a previous experience in the communication department of another bank or firm will be considered a plus

Required skills

fluency in writing and communication skills; willingness to learn; positive and hard working attitude; accountability, reliability and commitment

Technical skills required

proficiency in design and publishing software; proficiency in the use of the Office package; digital competences
