Job summary
The main mission is to provide administrative and operational support to our Wealth Managers in managing HNWI and UHNWI clients. The main activities carried out by the resource are listed below:
- Support WMs in the preparation of client meetings (i.e. missing documents to ensure compliance of client file, portfolio situation, reports and/or sales documentation, documentation needed for account opening)
- Respond promptly to client queries (for example regarding the history of the client's account and/or regarding any information that can be consulted in the bank's internal system)
- Ensure the daily monitoring of client accounts and inform the Wealth Manager of any particular event
- Prepare reports for clients
- Participate in the preparation of credit application and periodic reviews of credit dossier
- Perfom KYC administrative tasks in accordance with national law
The position is characterised by constant contact with the wealth managers and the central teams of the parent company based in Luxembourg.
