Reporting to the Head of Investment Solutions Singapore, he/she is responsible to provide investment advisory to the clients and relationship managers (RMs) of Greater China/North Asia team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides pro-active investment advice on multi-asset-class portfolios directly to Ultra High Net Worth Private Clients / Family Offices / RMs
- Monitors client portfolios on a regular basis by performing regular portfolio reviews for clients and RMs, according to clients’ changing investment objectives and needs, as well as macro and market changes
- Pro-actively contacts clients with meaningful portfolio updates and provides investment recommendations that are within the clients’ and bank’s recommendation framework from a portfolio context and with disciplined / risk-controlled checks in place
- Responsible for timely and adequate execution, confirmation and supervision of orders given by the client
- Partners with RMs to engage in Asset Under Management (AUM) and Markets & Investment (MIS) products acquisition via various marketing activities (eg. Client meetings, presentation, investment proposals etc…)
- Collaborates closely with other MIS teams on campaigns
- Have a good understanding of all asset class to provide all-rounded solutions to RMs and Clients
- Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal compliance requirements
- Maintain appropriate knowledge to ensure the advisor is fully qualified to undertake the role
KEY REQUIRMENTS
- Minimum degree in relevant studies from leading Business Schools or Universities
- Minimum 10-15 years of working experience and 10 years of relevant experience in Wealth Management Investment Advisory
- Additional certification such as CACS & CFA is preferred
- In-depth understanding and observance of control, risk and banking regulations
- Autonomous but able to collaborate as a member of a team
- Open-minded, flexible and curious to learn new things
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, as well as Business Chinese due to market coverage which requires regular dealings with native-speaking clients across the North Asia region.
