Our Banking Operations department stands out for the excellence of its unique tailor-made service, recognized by customers and the market alike. Nearly 200 employees work closely together in Switzerland and Singapore to handle the banking operations of demanding customers.

🤓 The Role

The Head of Securities will be part of this exciting function and is responsible for:

The processing and controls of the processes within the Securities function covering Securities Masterfile, Settlement & Derivatives, Securities Transfer, Corporate Actions and Income Tax.
Ensuring efficiency and productivity in delivery quality services to Azqore’s clients.

Working closely with his/her colleagues to provide clients with technical expertise and solutions, in a comprehensive, timely and accurate manner.

Managing budget and financial trajectory for the securities department.
But here’s the exciting part: you’ll be helping launch this activity from scratch in Lisbon, working closely with our experienced team in Switzerland.

The role will be based in Lisbon, Portugal (Av. Dom João II 43, 1990-084 Lisboa, Portugal).

👨‍🔧 Your responsibilities

Daily BAU

Successful applicant will be responsible for the management of Securities Operations function and part of the Operations management team.
Ensure operational efficiency and excellence and maintain low levels of operational risk
Align the Securities Operations team members to the Operations and Company goals and vision
Acts as the point of contact for clients on all Securities Operations queries, concerns and issues.
Others

Leads Azqore Operations projects and initiatives, where necessary
Drive cross border collaboration and strengthen communication channels with the Swiss team
Enhance client service standards within the team, and consequently the client ratings of the function. Propose/identify value-add solutions which can impact profitability.
