Asia Operations provide operational capabilities to Azqore’s client banks, allowing them to focus on executing their strategy, reduce operational cost and improve operational risk. Commitment to quality and continuous process improvement, is at the heart of all Asia Operations activities.

It is thus one of the key to facilitate and drive Azqore to reach its ambitious growth target, by putting the clients at the center of its activity, being attentive to their needs, bringing them value and increasing their satisfaction.

Within Asia Operations, the Cash team is responsible for the processing of cash remittances, FX/MM and FX/MM derivatives. In addition, the team is also in charge of FXMM confirmations reconciliation and cash management of secondary nostro accounts.

The incumbent will be part of this exciting function and is responsible for:

  • The processing and controls of the processes within the Cash function;
  • Ensuring that the services delivered to the Azqore clients are most efficiently and productively performed;
  • Working closely with his/her colleagues to provide clients with technical expertise and solutions, in a comprehensive, timely and accurate manner;
  • Play an instrumental role to facilitate the business growth of Azqore, and its clients, through ensuring the processing of client’s banking transactions, with high quality output and excellence management of risk. 

👨‍🔧 Your responsibilities

  • Responsible for the management of Asia Cash Operations and part of the Asia Operations management team;
  • Ensure operational efficiency and excellence and maintain low levels of operational risk;
  • Align the Asia Cash Operations team members to the Operations and Company goals and vision;
  • Acts as the point of escalation for Asian clients on all Asia Cash Operations queries, concerns and issues;
  • Leads Azqore Operations projects and initiatives, where necessary;
  • Drive cross border collaboration and strengthen communication channels between the Swiss and Singapore teams;
  • Enhance client service standards within the team, and consequently the client ratings of the function;
  • Propose/identify value-add solutions which can impact profitability.

Expérience

At least 10 years of relevant experience in Cash and FXMM processing and at least 5 years of people management experience.

Compétences recherchées

Your core competencies

  • Familiar with financial products (Remittances, FX/MM, FX/MM Derivatives, such as various exotic option types, IRS, CCS, OIS and REPO) as well as the market infrastructures, regulations and operational risks related to the trade processing and settlement of these products. Knowledgeable about SWIFT messages types;
  • Strong communicator and can adapt to different hierarchical levels. You will be in contact with our customers, so you will be able to deliver a high level of quality;
  • Proven Client and Stakeholder Management Skills;
  • Ability to demonstrate a change mindset and challenge status quo.
