Are you passionate about facility management and operational excellence? Do you have a talent for leading teams and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations?

Join our prestigious private bank as a Facility Team Leader and play a pivotal role in managing our facilities, ensuring they operate efficiently while providing exceptional services to clients and employees alike.

Your Mission:
As a Facility Team Leader, you will oversee the management of our operational buildings, ensuring their proper functioning and maintenance while upholding our high standards of quality, safety, and service. Reporting to the Head of General Services, you will lead a team dedicated to delivering outstanding support and operational services.


Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Facility Management & Operations
    Oversee the day-to-day operations of General Services, including real estate, reception, security, handyman services, and mail management, in line with bank procedures.
    Ensure compliance with security and safety regulations, including participation in the bank’s emergency response protocols.
    Manage relationships with external service providers (e.g., cleaning, technical support) and ensure service levels are met.
    Represent the bank in interactions with local authorities (e.g., fire department, police).
    Contribute to and lead real estate and technical projects for the bank.

 

  • Customer & Employee Services
    Organize and oversee reception services for the site, ensuring high standards of customer experience.
    Supervise the upkeep and presentation of client-facing areas, including lounges, reception halls, and other shared spaces.
    Manage the inventory of supplies and equipment for client and visitor services.
    Provide on-site support for office equipment and telephony in collaboration with the IT Service Desk.

 

  • Administrative & Budget Management
    Handle billing, administrative tasks, and budget management for the facility.
    Analyze work processes, propose improvements, and provide data-driven insights (e.g., cost analysis, reception function statistics).

 

  • Team Management
    Lead, motivate, and develop your team to foster collaboration and high performance.
    Supervise and evaluate your team members, ensuring alignment with the bank’s standards and objectives.
    Develop a strong team spirit and encourage continuous improvement and efficiency.

Education: Relevant professional diploma or equivalent (e.g., Maturité professionnelle).

6 - 10 ans

Expérience

Experience: Solid experience in facility management and team leadership, preferably within a corporate or financial institution setting.

In-depth knowledge of regulatory and procedural compliance, particularly in the banking sector.
Awareness of risk management practices and the ability to identify and address potential issues promptly.

Physical presence on-site is essential (no remote working available).
