Missions
The infra application manager performs the application technical build & deployment & Run support with high level functional expertise as well.
• Implement WDX versions for existing Client: Dynamics, Jenkins, XLdeploy
• Implement and monitor Microsoft Dynamics infrastructure
• Deployment Automation through scripting: Powershell (Workflow, Encryption, …)
• Perform WDX configuration
• Logs analysis
• Monitoring and Alerting through scripting: Splunk, PRTG
• Learn all batch steps
• APi troubleshooting with Postman
• Run batches on demand
• Support team for L3 support ticket
• Does client support level 1 and 2
• Release new versions of the application
• Have access to the application do to some basic user tests and qualify any bugs raised by the client
• Have access to the databases, logs, and authentication mechanism to be able to read the data for investigations
• Perform investigations on incidents and defects, and coordinate bug fixings
• Accountable PROD Infra issue through our WDX support portal
