Our business has a single purpose : building partnerships with tomorrow's Private Bankers and Wealth Managers.

Your key responsibilities:

• Identify and assess information security risks;
• Provide security consulting for the company’s projects (new applications or infrastructure components, evolutions, implementation of cloud solutions, etc.);
• Participate in the elaboration of security standards, proposal of improvements and development of the ISMS (Information Security Management System) in accordance with ISO 27001;
• Participate in the risk assessment and treatment process organized in accordance with ISO 27001;
• Participate in the development of training plans and awareness campaigns (what information is confidential information, how to classify it, expected behaviors, etc.);
• Conduct risk assessments and treatments in line with ISO27001;
• Maintain active security and technological monitoring;
• Formalize results through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

How is the team ?

Our Security team is comprised of 25 dedicated professionals.

As a member of the Information Security (IS) team, you will collaborate closely with the IT Security, Identity and Access Management (IAM),  [PE1] under the guidance of the Chief Security Officer (CISO).

The team has an international presence:

• 20 members are located at our Lausanne office in Switzerland.
• The remaining team members operate from our Singapore office.

Recruitement process ?

If we decide (you & Charlotte) to go further you will have a video or face to face interview with the manager (Esther).

Then interview with our CISO (Julien).

Last step is an interview with our HRBP (Amel Farhan on site in our offices).

You will also complete a test about your behavioural levers (PULSIONS).

Higher Education / Master level

Minimum 5 years of experience as Information Security Officer

Key competencies for the role / The most important competencies:

• Excel in communication and become a true ambassador for security.
• Master cloud-related topics and be at the forefront of innovative solutions.
• Take a broad view and work hand-in-hand with business teams to implement effective recommendations.
• Knowledge of Information Security Management Systems (based on ISO 27000)

Residency in Switzerland is a mandatory requirement for this position.

Don’t apply if …

• Your level of English is too low as you will have to communicate daily with teams in India and Singapore (B2 minimum).
• You do not have any banking experience
• You don’t like reportings
• You don’t like to work with the different IT teams and look only to communicate with the C level
