Job summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the Learning & Development (L&D) for training related matters
  • Assist with the full recruitment process and support managers for all onboarding matters
  • Develops and prepares employment contracts and all new hire paperwork, ensuring the currency of laws and legislations
  • Responsible for application of Work Pass, Dependent Pass application, renewal and rejection issues
  • Responsible for Government training funding submission, Government Paid Claims, HR related on MOM surveys and any ad-hoc HR related survey
  • Assist with the management of leave, directory and training database in the system
  • Undertake any HR related projects / task as and when assigned by the Manager

Candidate criteria

Minimal education level

Postgraduate degree – MA/MSc/PhD/Doctorate or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

Degree/Diploma in Human Resources Management or related discipline

Level of minimal experience

0-2 years

Experience

- At least 2-3 years working experience in HR generalist capacity
- Well versed in the labour laws and regulations

Required skills

- Highly motivated, and strong willingness to learn
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure, proactive, hands-on, organized and meticulous
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Candidate with good command of French language and knowledge of French regulations will be of an advantage
