Job summary

Responsible for the system and services implementation and management.

- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support;

- Able to perform project management;

- Support the deployment of solutions that meet business demand.
Design and implement the Virtualization solution based on our new infrastructure.

Candidate criteria

Minimal education level

High school / Secondary school / A levels / AS levels / IB

Academic qualification / Speciality

Master in IT or equivalent experience background with 8 years of experience in a similar function

Level of minimal experience

6-10 years


• Ability to understand Enterprise Architecture concept
• Knowledge of ITIL framework
• Strong technical skills in the Microsoft area and Virtualization (including VDI, Citrix, VMWare), Administration
• Good knowledge in Netscaler, Pulse
• Experience in implementing best practices, process, and standards
• Document management: write, adapt and improve internal documentation (procedures, working instructions, e.g. mailbox, VPN access) and documentation from external service providers
• Coordinate activities and maintain effective relationships with internal department and external service providers
• Contribute to improve system operations efficiencies
• Project:
Support the deployment of solutions that meet business demand
Provides support in the implementation phase of projects and contribute to related documentation
Coordinate activities with external service providers

Technical skills required

System Infrastructure Administration:
VDI Implementation and Optimisation, expert level
Citrix Administration (publishing Apps); expert level
Netscaler/Pulse expertise to increase the functionality
VMWare administration
Appense Administration and setting
Windows 2012 and 2016
MS 2016 solutions (Exchange, Skype, etc…)
Monitoring Tools: Splunk. WSUS, SCCM/SCOM

Security Skills
Good understanding of Firewall usage
Symantec security Management
Load balancing solution (Netscaler/Pulse)


French, English
