La risorsa sarà inserita nel team Legal della Banca fornendo supporto a tutte le attività dell’ufficio quali:
- contrattualistica con i clienti – con particolare focus su attività di credito
- contratti con controparti
- gestioni reclami
- preparazione di pareri destinati al front office
- analisi delle novità normative per le materie di interesse
- gestione delle richieste di informazioni da parte di autorità e privati
