Job summary

We are looking for a Project Executive/Manager who will perform business analysis, project management and organization duties locally and as part of the Indosuez Wealth Management group Organisation and Project Management business line (MOA). He/she will support the establishment of new projects for the Bank and drive the implementation of the related projects through from initial concept to delivery in Singapore with support to our sister branch in Hong Kong.

The role will be part of the COO team where he/she plays an active role in engaging and collaborating with  key stakeholders  and other business lines of the company.

The ideal candidate should possess strong project management background and an analytical problem-solver with a passion for delivering results in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high energy environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Have a close proximity with the Internal Clients in order to have a good knowledge of the roles and expertise of their business lines, 
  • Act as an Assistant to a Project Manager for different projects,
  • In turn, act as a Project Manager for different IT or operational small scale projects requiring transformation,
  • Contribute to the rationalization and the automation of proceeding in order to achieve better efficiency and in turn productivity gain,
  • Support the Internal Clients technically and operationally,
  • Provide coordination and support for the IT or operational projects in a transversal way and among the different stockholders,
  • Contribute to the change management arising from major IT or operational developments,
  • Contribute to implement monitoring and warning indicators for each ongoing projects.

Candidate criteria

Minimal education level

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

University degree or training recognized with professional experience in the field

Level of minimal experience

3-5 years

Experience

2-5 years of experience in project management in banking environment with proven experience in Digital project implementation

Required skills

  • Relevant project management experience with good knowledge of the full project development life cycles
  • Strong vendor and stakeholder management
  • Ability to work independently and as a good team player with analytical, management and time-management skills
  • Pro-active and creative with good conceptual thinking and problem solving skills
  • Good written, verbal communication and presentation skills

Technical skills required

Proficiency in office tools (MS Office environment), Collaborative tools (Webex, Klaxoon)
