The Program Manager is responsible for the implementation & enhancements of our banking solution s2i. He/She will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects that involve multiple stakeholders, ensuring that project charters, integrated project plans, resource plans and contingency plans are fully scoped and documented, and that appropriate risk management processes are in place.

The Program Manager leads and support the project managers to identify and develop the project objectives, scope, plans, dependencies and success criteria in collaboration with the project sponsor and other stakeholders. He/She will manage complex and strategic projects in a challenging, fast paced, constantly changing Agile environment.

Reporting to the Global Delivery Manager, he/she will be closely working with customers, team colleagues, Business Analysts, Technical Experts, Developers, to manage and deliver Core Banking solutions in different Private Banking / Wealth Management business areas in Finance domain.

Analysis, development and evaluation activities:

  • Direct handling or implementation of streams related to the project: process definition, process optimization, Target
    Operating Model, writing of specifications, report/minutes writing, migration data mapping, system configuration, testing and defects management, deployment, training, change management and user support.
  • Estimation and evaluation of project scope and deliverables to build achievable results and outcomes

Organization, management and implementation activities:

  • Develop integrated project plan, resource plan, communication plan and related project management artefacts
  • Process modelling and implementation
  • Develop and drive project team members to achieve the desired goals of the project
  • Define and report on project progress and achievement of project milestones to stakeholders
  • Evaluate trade-offs between project size and complexity, cost, urgency, risk and stakeholder value, prioritizing high impact deadlines and activities
  • Assess and resolve all high priority project risks as they are encountered. Anticipate, capture and manage overall
    project-level risks and issues.
  • All project artefacts maintained throughout the project life cycle (plans, resourcing, cost plans, scheduling, functional
    and technical specifications, change Requests, status Reports) are up-to-date and accurate
  • Provide project analysis to facilitate senior stakeholder discussions and build connection for negotiation
    Conduct the project through monitoring and relevant feedback on the progress, risks and challenges of the project
    with consideration of the needs for decisions or alerts.
  • Track and forecast key financial metrics against targets, preparing forecasts and budget reports
  • Tests and defect management
  • Establish effective working relationships with key stakeholders, demonstrating understanding of their perspective, proactively and their delivery focus

Niveau d'études minimum

Bac + 3 / L3

Formation / Spécialisation


  • Bachelors or Masters degree preferably in Business or Computer Science IT
  • PMP / Agile (or equivalent) certification is a plus


  • Experience in a banking environment is imperative, ideally Private Bank or Wealth Management.
  • 8+ years of Project Management experience and proven track record working with distributed delivery teams across geographies
  • 5 years in Finance or accounting department

  • Demonstrated experience in bank integration as a global project manager in large IT or organizational projects.
  • Experience of employing a broad and diverse range of project management best practices disciplines, methodologies and tools.
  • To be able to effectively lead and work across teams at all levels, and negotiate/influence at senior level.
  • You have the capacity to motivates teams into reaching challenging goals, inspires commitment, and positive attitude from the team.
  • Institutionalise and drive knowledge management processes across the product space
  • Resourceful and strategic problem solver, ability to multi-task and decisive to steer the project
  • Can discuss, analyse and design systems with clients even when requirements are vague or uncertain
  • Expert knowledge of financial management, risk and project management methodologies

Outils informatiques

  • Understand, identify and negotiate needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results.
  • Ensure gaps in deliverables are identified early and addressed effectively.
  • Detailed understanding and demonstrable experience pf the full project lifecycle including requirement/configuration documentations, testing, migrations, interactions & close working relationship with cross-functional teams(project managers, IT/Development teams, Testing team and architects), target operating model design & delivery
  • Extensive experience of business and technology change –identify, document, analyze and improve business and system processes and user journeys
  • Previous experience on core banking product (Temenos-T24, Avaloq, Olympic etc) systems implementations for global clients
  • A passion for working in and developing a culture of collaboration, automation, improvement, sharing and excellence
  • Keep abreast of Wealth Management / Private Banking market trends, regulatory changes, technological advances to incorporate appropriate changes in our product offerings
