Job summary
Reporting to the Head of Communications, you will provide support in all Marketing and Communications related work for Indosuez Wealth Management Asia.
You will gain exposure on how marketing and communications strategies are developed and executed in the Private Banking Wealth management space as well as how private banks operate as natural by-product as they form our Client base
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As an intern, you will have the opportunity to support the below tasks, but not limited to: -
Events planning, preparation, execution, including researching for vendors, venue, following up on invites, guest lists, seating plan, events agenda, speakers etc.
Prepare/finalise presentations for events, proof reading, editing of presentations for events, for language, consistency of look and feel etc.
Press relations – press releases, interviews, events
Preparation of marketing materials and resources
KEY REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for an intern to join us from July 2023 onwards, for a minimum of 6 months commitment.
Please note that this is an internship that may require you to defer from university studies for the period of the assignment. Students who can commit full-time will be preferred.
- Tertiary or Graduate student pursuing a Bachelor Degree in relevant studies;
- be a strong team player;
Interest and basic knowledge of Wealth Management/Private Banking industry
Have prior experience in events planning and execution is an advantage
Have excellent verbal/written communication skills and interpersonal communication skills;
Strong team player who is strategic and yet practical, able to navigate through diverse cultures,
Quick learner who is bright, with good, sound judgment, and mental toughness;
Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and prioritization skills;
- Must have legal authorization to work in Singapore and do not require sponsorship for employment visa during the period of internship
