Missions

The Head of Consulting Services is responsible for assisting the Relationship Manager in selling Azqore Consulting Services. He is also responsible for directly selling the Consulting services according to potential opportunities.

 

She/he is in charge of ensuring a good quality of service for all the Consulting missions by supervising all the missions and making regular follow-up with the Project Managers and the Clients.

 

She/he is in charge of managing the Consulting Services team.

 

Analysis, development and evaluation activities:

- Gap analysis on various functional banking domains,

- Analysis of the client’s business needs,

- Specification writing and needs modeling,

- Project sizing, cost estimation and needs definition,

- Confirm project feasibility.

 

Organization, management and implementation activities:

- Manage project plan, risks and issues

- Assistance in the definition and implementation of various subjects according to Client’s needs. Potential examples:

      o    Process modelling, optimization and implementation,

      o    Writing of operational workflow diagrams,

      o    System configuration,

      o    Tests and defect management.

- Manage the consolidated resource demand and resource plan of Consulting Services,

- Manage team and recruitment,

- Manage team performance: objectives, reviews, 1:1,

- Attend Consulting Services projects Steering Committees,

- Maintenance / update of the tariffs grids and the Marketing documentation.

 

Communication, contact, moderation or sales activities:

- Support the Sales department and particularly the Relationship Manager in the sale process of the Consulting Services,

- Find solutions and size projects,

- Change management and trainings,

- User support,

- Animation of / or participation to committees / sessions in the framework of project governance,

- Relations with Top Management of Client Banks to monitor their satisfaction on the projects,

- Reporting to Azqore Top management on the Consulting Services,

- Circulate information to the Consulting Services team.

  

Financial and control activities:

- Budget monitoring of the project,

- Budget control of all Consulting missions,

- Time-sheets follow-up,

- Invoices controls,

- Follow-up of the P&L of the activity and reporting to the Management.

 

The Head of consulting can be a Project Manager for specific projects:

- Active collaboration with clients during sale phases to propose scenarios and project budgets,

- Conduct the project through monitoring and relevant feedback on the progress, risks and challenges of the project with consideration of the needs for decisions or alerts,

- Project management in collaboration with the strategic stakeholders of the Client Banks and continuous progress communication to governing instances (Steering Committees, Comex members, ...),

- Direct handling of analysis or implement.

Niveau d'études minimum

Bac + 5 / M2 et plus

Formation / Spécialisation

Higher education / Master level, PMP (or equivalent certification) is a plus.
5 years in Banking projects management and in a Sale activity, experience in onboarding projects is a plus.

11 ans et plus

Demonstrated experience in Sale and Project management. Solid knowledge of Private Banking and banking processes. Demonstrated experience in team management
