Job summary

As a Wealth Management generalist, the Client Service Officer (CSO) works within a CSO team under the responsibility of a Team Coordinator CSO (CCSO).

In this role, you will be part of the Professional Clients desk. You support a/several Relationship Manager(s) (RM) in the operational management of their client books.


You hold a key relationship position and contribute to the quality of the Bank's image. You are acting as a link between the operational departments of the Bank, the collaborators and the clients. 

  • Ensure the link between the client, RMs, Service Team and operational departments;
  • Assist RMs in their mission by executing the day-to-day business and more occasional activities;
  • Establish and maintain quality relationships with the clients (both external and internal);
  • Proceed with accounts openings/closings, enter orders and controls the correct execution;
  • Control client identification, call-backs and cash management;
  • Prepare the RM’s business trip;
  • Master the mechanisms of the bank and work within the established practices and procedures.

Minimal education level

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

Required skills

- Very good knowledge of regulations in force in the field of the Wealth management;
- Personal skills: service oriented and dedicated to the client needs, organized, very good team spirit, rigor, integrity, discretion.


Technical skills required

Mastering of Microsoft office tools 

Languages

Fluent in English and German mandatory ; French/Italian an asset
