Job summary

The role of Chief of Staff (CoS) to the CIO involves being a force for proposal, acting as a facilitator and providing support to the CIO and the IDS Board to increase the effectiveness of the organisation and its ability to effectively address the challenges it faces.

 

The CoS’s transverse and strategic position places it at the crossroads of numerous high-stakes transformation and improvement initiatives, working on a wide range of topics in coordination with other services in Azqore.

 

The scope of activities of the CoS team and spans a wide range, including:

- Monitoring and reporting: definition and production of performance and risk dashboards and KPIs on the global IDS scope, IDS budget tracking and financial analysis with support of the Finance Team
- Animation and coordination of transverse processes pertaining to IT and in collaboration with HR, General Secretariat, Risks and Procurement (Audit Recommendations follow-up, Global Resources Management, Permanent Controls follow-up in collaboration with RPC)
- Leading the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) roadmap definition and deployment across the organisation
- End-of-year communication to clients: notification of year-end closing dates activities by Operations, Finance, IT
- Handling of ad-hoc requests from CIO / IDS Board with approval from CIO, which can lead to new requirements for the CoS and the setup of new processes and activities.
- Assist  the local CIO, Global CIO and Co-CEO to manage various commitments
Collaborate with senior executive and key stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment; facilitate regular cadence to ensure successful execution.

 
The CoS is also in charge of establishing and managing the CR Factory, a newly created team of Technical Experts in Singapore focusing on the processing of Client Requests (evaluation of requested evolutions and enhancements, functional and technical support to developers in managed capacity, client support in user testing).

The scope of activities of the CR Factory Team and spans a wide range, including:

- Client Demand management: co-lead the CDC team in charge of the dispatch and status tracking of incoming client demands, governance of the client demand workflow, management of the CR Factory in Singapore.

At least 10 years of experience in a similar environment as project manager or PMO
