Job summary

Azqore is a leader in outsourced banking services. One of the entities under Credit Agricole Indosuez Wealth Management, provides integrated solutions and quality services to our clients. 


The Sales & Client Management department is in charge of building, maintaining and fructifying Azqore’s business. It is constituted by a team that is the main interface with both current clients and potential prospects.
It is thus at the front line to make Azqore reach its ambitious growth target, by putting the clients at the center of its activity, being attentive to their needs, bringing them value, increasing client satisfaction and building a close relationship.


As part of Sales & Client Management department, the Business Development Manager/ Sales Hunter is in charge of:
• Developing and executing business plans to achieve sales targets and win new customers,
• Possess a full understanding of prospects’ specific decision-making and purchasing process, understanding their business needs and objectives,
• Managing the pursuit process on bids / prospect opportunities including costs, staffing, technical leadership and project evaluation,
• Preparing winning proposition to the client,
• External communications and interactions set-up with the prospect during prospection process,
• Identifying bid risks and managing bid-related partners and third-party advisory,
• Manage the implementation of new business won, to ensure that all administrative, operational and financial activities are in place to ensure high levels of service to clients.



Job Responsibilities
• Create a network and build a solid pipeline of target prospects that have the potential to be converted into customers
• Build a relationship with prospects at all levels to better understand their needs and conversion triggers
• Develop and execute business plan to achieve sales targets and win new customers
• Act as a representative of Azqore and its service offering

Activities include the establishment and monitoring of prospect relationship:
·        Ensure regular and upstream contact with target prospects
·        Conduct Azqore presentations to prospects with the collaboration of the Pre-Sales team
·        Manage and build on existing Business Introducers to further widen Azqore’s reach to potential prospects
·        Represent Azqore during events
·        Inform management of any exploitable business opportunity
·        When a prospect is converted, take on the role of relationship manager during a predefined period of time (as defined with management)
·        Animate in-house and prescribers network
·        Stay up to date with industry trends & changes


and Internal follow-up:
·        Take responsibility for responses to RFI/RFP and workshops with prospects
·        Provide adequate inputs for budget and KYC committees preparation
·        Anticipate requests to execution pool
·        Ensure updating of KYC tool

Candidate criteria

Minimal education level

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

Banking and Finance

Level of minimal experience

6-10 years

Experience

• Minimum 5 years experience selling banking software solution at the “C level”,

• Proven track record selling banking software solution into large/complex accounts,

• A proven field sales hunter and closer; challenger profile,

• Excellent communication and presentations skills with top-notch customer service approach,

• Must work well in a team selling environment, able to keep an open communication particularly when working remotely,

• Willingness to travel across Asia and where required, Switzerland and Europe

• Knowledge of banking operations processes; specifically in Private banking sector

• Knowledge of the regulatory envirnoment and impact on clients within wealth management space
