Governing law and Jurisdiction
The Website “jobs.ca-indosuez.com” (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), and browsing on the Website, are subject to French laws and regulations. The courts under the authority of the Cour d’Appel de Paris (Paris Appeals Court) in France have jurisdiction in the event of a dispute.
Terms of access and use
The Website is intended for any persons (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) interested in viewing a job offer posted by CA Indosuez or a Wealth Management Business Line Entity belonging to Crédit Agricole Group, in France and abroad (hereinafter referred to as “Entity(ies)”).
Users acknowledge having read the terms of access and use of the Website, as well as the policies governing personal data protection, intellectual property and security described below, and agree to observe them.
It should be noted that the “your profile” service can only be accessed through the use of a login and password.
CA Indosuez Wealth (Group) reserves the right to change, improve, expand and delete any and all content on the Website, as well as its terms of access and the services offered on the Website, at any time. Users are deemed to have read the most recent version of the disclaimer each time they connect to the Website.

To this end, Users undertake, particularly in their applicant profile and in open-text fields made available to them on the Website, not to use the Website for unlawful purposes, notably by sending messages or saving content of a violent, defamatory or illicit nature.
The Website is not intended for persons subject to jurisdictions in which (due to their nationality, place of residence or for any other reason) access to and/or browsing on the Website is prohibited. Users are asked to ensure that they are legally authorised to connect to and/or browse on the Website in the country from which the connection is established. Applications and Employment
Job offers
The job offers posted on the Website are subject to change and may be removed at any time without prior notice. Users should be aware that these job offers may not be automatically updated in real time.
Selection of applications
By answering a job offer posted on the Website, applicants authorise CA Indosuez and the Entities to forward their application, the accompanying information, and the history of their applications (as the case may be), to any Crédit Agricole SA group company, including the Entities, in France and abroad.
Answering a job offer posted on the Website does not guarantee that the interested party will be selected for the position, or that the applicant will be called in for an interview, even if the applicant meets the job description. Users whose application has been selected will be contacted by the Entity in question to meet with the persons in charge of recruiting an applicant for the position in question. A recruitment only becomes permanent upon completion of the recruitment procedures set forth by the policies in force in the Wealth Management Business Line of Crédit Agricole group. Furthermore, although the Website is updated regularly, no guarantee can be made that each position appearing on the Website is still available.
No contractual relationship will be created between the applicant, CA Indosuez Wealth (Group) and/or the Entities by the delivery of an application or, barring a specific indication, by any subsequent exchange of correspondence via e-mail or post. In the event the applicant accepts a position offered by CA Indosuez or one of the Entities, the terms and conditions of employment will be exclusively described in an employment agreement governed by the laws in force in the country of operation of CA Indosuez and/or the Entity in question. Under no circumstances may CA Indosuez and/or the Entities be held liable in any way whatsoever in the event the position is no longer available or the application is not selected.
Answers to applications
Answers to applications will be sent to the e-mail address indicated, where applicable, by the applicant. Users are solely responsible for providing an e-mail address to receive an answer to their application. Under no circumstances may CA Indosuez, the Entities or any Crédit Agricole group company to which the application was sent be held liable in any way whatsoever in the event the confidentiality of the address indicated in the application is not maintained, enabling third parties to learn of the answer to the application, for example if the address in question is a professional e-mail address.
Employment of foreign workers
CA Indosuez stresses that, in accordance with the laws of the country where the position to which the applicant has applied, there may be restrictions on the employment of foreign workers or verification procedures prior to the issuance of a document allowing the interested party to work in the country in question. Any applicant unable to produce the residence and work permit required by applicable local law will not be hired. It is therefore the responsibility of each person interested in applying for a job in the Wealth Management Business Line to obtain information from the appropriate consular authorities in their country of residence on the formalities that must be completed to be permitted to work in the country where the position is located. Furthermore, in the event the application is selected, the applicant will also be responsible for completing the necessary formalities and paying any associated fees. Under no circumstances may CA Indosuez or an Entity be held liable in the event an applicant is unable to obtain the residence and work permit required by applicable local law.
