The Platform

With c. €12 billion of assets under management, CA Indosuez is a major private markets’ investor through its Tiera Capital Funds investing mostly across Europe, North America and Asia. Its dedicated investment team makes 40 to 50 investments every year with a mix of (i) primary commitments, (ii) secondary transactions (lead or co-invests) and (iii) direct co-investments in companies. The Private Market platform of CA Indosuez covers a large scope of strategies including buyout, growth capital, credit, infrastructure, and secondary.

Your role – Secondary Private Markets Senior Investment Manager

• Sourcing and execution of direct Private Equity secondary transactions (both LP-Led and GP-Led) and commitments into external secondary managers;
• Preparing Investment Memos and defending investment recommendations to the investment committee;
• Ensuring a leading role within the secondary investment team with a strong focus on training of the junior members;
• Ensuring monitoring and reporting of the existing investments in portfolio;
• Being a key actor in the definition of the secondary private equity strategy of Indosuez Private Markets platform

The Secondary Senior Investment Management will report to the head of the Secondary team and work in close collaboration with a dedicated team of investment managers and analysts mostly based in Geneva.

Renowned Business school or University Master/MBA in finance 

• You own a preliminary experience of 5 to 10 years investing in private equity secondary transactions;
• You have built a solid professional network in the secondary space and are able to source and execute new transactions in an autonomous manner;
• You have a management experience with junior professionals;

• You have proven capabilities of team-working, multi-tasking, organization skills, proactivity, flexibility and resistance to pressure;
