Job summary

Key job responsibilities include:

Analysis, development and evaluation activities:

  • Accompanies the global IPS  manager and evaluates and reviews the financial, material and human resources required to ensure the operational continuity of existing systems and to enable the selected projects to be implemented.
  • Analyzes the risks of infrastructure solutions and proposes mitigation strategies

Organization, management and implementation activities:

  • Handles setup of new activities in Singapore, in collaboration with Global IPS Head
  • Must promote the increase of the team’s overall performance and the satisfaction of our clients and partners
  • Responsible for monitoring indicators and compliance with SLAs
  • Contributes to developing roadmaps of infrastructure solutions and presenting a multi-annual project plan
  • Prioritizes and respects commitments on major projects
  • Participates in the preparation of the investment budget, expenses, consulting by assessing in a comprehensive and timely manner the needs of its scope
  • Actively contributes to increasing customer satisfaction by meeting commitments, ensuring the availability and performance of application production and reducing critical and major incidents
  • Leads and optimizes the continuous improvement
    Helps defining an Infra roadmap for the next few years in connection with Azqore roadmap
  • Coordinate, manage and supervise the IPS Asia teams
  • Defines and leads an approach to optimize and stabilize production within Azqore
  • Optimizes the overall performance of the Asia IPS service
  • Develops collaborators
  • Set up and optimize processes at the heart of the team’s operations
  • Must annually verify the completeness of the information in their application or infrastructure solutions in Aris in terms of process, application mapping and obsolescence management

Communication, contact, entertainment or sales activities :

  • Transversal communication with other Azqore departments and with clients
  • Depositary of technical standards adopted by the company and recommends the best technical solution when choices are possible

Financial and control activities :

  • Plan and manage the financial and human resources dedicated to his/her department. If needed, contribute to sourcing adequate resources to fulfill clients’ delivery needs, including selection and negotiation with subcontractors and regular monitoring of outsourcing activities
  • In charge of managing an average blend of IPS Asia teams
  • In charge of managing the investment and maintenance budgets of Hardware and Software (Asia part) annually

Level of minimal experience

- Minimum 15 years of experience in the financial sector
- Technical background on banking IT production environments
- Strong management aptitude and Service Level Management knowledge
