Through Primary, Secondary and co investment strategies on Private Equity, Private Credit, Real Estate and Infrastructure, the alternative platform has more than 150 closed-end and semi liquid compartments.

We are currently recruiting an Know Your Assets and Coordination Officer (under permanent contract to be filled as soon as possible)

Reporting to the Head of Portfolio Management Operations within the Management Company, you will be responsible and play a key role in assets onboarding and their selection governance.

Your tasks :

• Attend Investment Committees and responsible for decision minutes (drafting, circulation and follow up);
• Collect necessary documentation and review AML/KYC files of underlying assets and their asset managers in close collaboration with the Investment Advisor and Compliance teams;
• Analyse, evaluate and update KYA files as part of periodic reviews;
• Carry out checks prior to entering into any relationship, including counterparty screening;
• Organize and manage the validation and approval committee for external asset managers;
• Ensure compliance with governance in the investment process;
• Identify anti-fraud and anti-corruption risks and issues, and escalate any questions/risks to the Compliance team;
• Ensure smooth communication with Compliance team
• Coordinate the legal aspects of subscriptions in collaboration with external lawyers and counterparties;
• Maintain the investments database up to date;
• Follow up corporate events during the life of investments;
•  Produce clear and structured reports and KPIs
• Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of the internal KYA procedures.

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree in Banking/Finance/Law;

• You have 3 to 5 years' experience in asset management/administration of Private Assets funds (primary, secondary and co-investment), preferably in a Wealth-Asset Management environment;
• Previous experience in a similar field is considered an advantage.

• Good knowledge of Luxembourg AML/CFT regulations.
• You are familiar with regulatory issues relating to the AIFMD directive;
• You have a very good knowledge of legal and contractual documentation related to Private Assets;
