La Direction Commerciale (DCL) CA INDOSUEZ a pour mission de développer le portefeuille de clients en Gestion de Fortune, les AUM , le crédit et in fine le PNB de la Banque à travers la promotion des services et des offres de la Banque et du Groupe CA.
 DCL Marseille comprend 15 collaborateurs et couvre le  périmètre Méditerranée. Vos missions seront principalement :
- Animer le premier prescripteur, les CRCA CAAP et CORSE (Banque Privée, CAE, BAE, ...) en assurant la promotion du savoir faire du Groupe Indosuez WM (offres, services)
- Rencontrer des prospects cibles fortunés (chefs d'entreprise essentiellement, familles, institutionnels) et les accompagner dans leur réflexion patrimoniale en lien avec l'activité corporate
- Avoir recours aux expertises de la Banque donc travailler en équipe
- Mener des actions de prospection et faire vivre un réseau de prescripteurs externes (fonds d'investissement, SCR, M&amp;A, Conseils qualifiés)

Missions Principales
Développement commercial : Acquisition, développement et fidélisation de la clientèle dans le respect des réglementations en vigueur.
Conseil patrimonial et financier : Élaborer des stratégies d'investissement (mandats de gestion, conseils) adaptées au profil de risque.
Transmission Patrimoniale : Accompagner les clients dans leurs souhaits de transmission patrimoniale en s’appuyant sur nos experts d’Ingénieur Patrimonial (transmission, assurance-vie …).
Relation client haut de gamme : Assurer un suivi personnalisé et réactif, en collaboration avec des experts internes (spécialistes produits, Investment Advisor, juristes, fiscalistes).
Conformité : Veiller au respect des règles réglementaires et de conformité (KYC, lutte contre le blanchiment, réglementation cross-border …).

Your mission :

You will be in charge of the department dedicated mainly to the Southern European markets, such as Spain, Portugal and Italy. Your mission:


The Head of Investor Relations Private Markets is responsible for defining and executing the global investor relations strategy for all Private Markets solutions, including Private Equity, Private Debt, and Real Assets.


The role acts as a senior executive with key clients for Private Markets to participate in fundraising initiatives, roadshows, and clients’ meetings, while also managerially coordinating closely with local branches of the Bank in Italy, Spain, and Portugal to ensure effective, consistent management of investor relations teams across Continental Europe.



Key Responsibilities:


1. Investor Relations Strategy

Define and lead the Investor Relations strategy for Private Markets for Indosuez in selected regions of Europe (Luxembourg, Spain, Italy, Portugal as of today)
Contribute to client’s portfolio allocation in relation with other Indosuez entities.
Ensure consistency of investment messaging across regions while allowing for local market specificities
Align Private Markets communications with the firm’s long-term investment strategy and performance objectives



2. Fundraising &amp; Investor Coverage

Serve as the senior point of contact for key clients (HNWI, UHNWI, Family Offices)
Support and participate in fundraising initiatives, roadshows, and prospective or follow-up investor meetings
Coordinate and build trust with local commercial teams to maximize client satisfaction and conversion


3. Local Coordination across branches

Act as the central Investor Relations lead for Private Markets for the branches in Italy, Spain, and Portugal
Coordinate and support local investor relations activities, ensuring alignment with global IR standards
Adapt investor materials and messaging to local regulatory, cultural, and market requirements
Provide expertise and senior support to local Relationship Managers during key client interactions
Consolidate investor feedback from local markets and relay insights to Investment and Fund Management teams


4. Reporting &amp; Investor Communications

Oversee the preparation and delivery of all investor communications, including periodic reportings, Fund presentations, pitchbooks and factsheets as well as ad hoc communications related to transactions, exits, or market events
Ensure all communications meet the highest standards of accuracy, transparency, and regulatory compliance



5. Internal Coordination

Work closely with:
Private Markets investment teams
Client Relationship Managers teams
Risk, Legal, Compliance and Operations
Portfolio Management and other IR team members
Private Market team from our Management Company -  CA Indosuez Fund Solutions  
Act as a central coordinator to ensure timely, consistent, and compliant information flow to clients



6. Governance &amp; Regulatory Oversight

Ensure compliance with applicable Luxembourg and European regulations (AIFMD, ESG, SFDR, etc.)

As a Private Banker, you will be responsible for advising ultra-high net worth individuals or families on building, preservation, and management of their wealth. Utilizing your expertise in investments, financial planning, credit, and banking, you will provide comprehensive advice to current clients while also driving new clients acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
You will have the opportunity to support the below tasks, but not limited to:
Identify, originate, develop and maintain client relationships, especially with sizeable accounts with high visibility or complex needs.
Maintain relationships with clients by earning trust, thoroughly understanding client needs, providing tailored financial advice, developing thoughtful solutions and delivering an exceptional client experience.

Requirements
To be effective and successful in this position, you should have:-
Minimum 10 years of proven experience in Private Banking, specifically focusing on the ultra-high net worth market. Additional certification such as CACS is mandatory.
Demonstrated track record in revenue generation and an existing portfolio of strong relationships with ultra-high net worth clients.
Customer-oriented, self-motivated and detail-oriented.

As a Wealth Management generalist, the Client Service Officer (CSO) works within a CSO team under the responsibility of a Team Coordinator CSO (CCSO). His team works with a specific Wealth Management Zone. The role supports a/several Relationship Manager(s) (RM) in the administrative and operational management of their clientele portfolios.
He/she holds a key relationship position and contributes to the quality of the Bank's image. He/she acts as a link between the operational departments of the Bank, the collaborators and the clients.
He/she masters the bank’s operations, its organisation and specificities. He/she contributes to the respect of the conformity and deontology and to the control of the financial, counterpart and operational risks.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensures the link between the client and the operational departments of the bank.
Support the RM in his own mission, by executing the day-to-day business and more occasional activities. He helps him with the administrative tasks.
Masters the mechanisms and internal procedures of the bank.To discharge his/her following responsibilities in full compliance with the Bank’s Code of Conduct and Procedures.
Analysis, development and evaluation activities:
Follows the client relationships of the RM
Works in full compliance with the bank’s code of conduct and within established practices and procedures
Organization, management and realization activities:
Manages and processes current cases, files and archives, manage the timetables
Manages client accounts, register the orders (purchases and sales of securities, transfers, check-cashing, cash control, renewal of fiduciary deposits, etc.) and verifies their good execution
Ensures the administrative and IT part of the opening of a client account
Ensures the administrative and IT part of the closing of a client account
Prepare RM business trips
Prepare FA renewals
Contact, animation and communication activities:
Establish and maintain quality relationships with the clients (both external and internal).
Ensure tel contacts (and the record of a tel card for each call), client identification while respecting confidentiality and independent call-backs
Prepare client meetings (necessary documents and check list)
Receives clients for documents delivery&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
