Missions

Integrated into the Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment (CACIB) Banking team in Zurich, the Junior Global Relationship Manager (GRM) (H/F) will work under the responsibility of 2 Senior Bankers who are in charge of managing Large Corporate clients in Switzerland.

The Junior GRM (H/F) will have the following responsibilities :

  • Support 2 Senior Bankers (1 in Zurich and 1 in Geneva), in all of their missions in order to develop profitable and sustainable relationships for CACIB with its Corporate clients ;

  • Understand the strategy, activities and financial situation of our clients and anticipate their needs in terms of financial services ;

  • Understand the specificities and challenges of the sectors in which our clients operate;

  • Have a good knowledge of the internal organization of each client and help identify the key decision-makers and develop with the teams of our clients a sustainable relationship and dialogue and promote multi-products / multi-countries relationships between clients and our bank ;

  • Contribute to the animation of "client teams" who bring their know-how in order to:

    Elaborate solutions adapted to the client needs ;

    Develop cross-selling within CACIB and CA Group, when possible ;

    Contribute to winning mandates for transactions which are profitable and in line with the Risk and commercial strategy of our bank (product lines, geographies, sector heads) while optimizing the scarce resources of our bank (RWA, Liquidity) ;

    Understand and anticipate the risks associated with CIB activities ; take initial responsibility for counterparty risks vis a vis the product lines involved;

    Monitor the performance of our Commercial activity (preparation of client budgets, monitoring of profitability metrics in our CRM, write-up of Deal Closed Memos);

    Manage credit risks in a proactive manner for each transaction with product lines involved in order to anticipate potential default situations and specific provisions ;

    Follow Compliance principles and internal rules and ensure that they are implemented. The Junior GRM will participate for example in the process of creating or updating KYC files (Know Your Customer) for the clients of his portfolio.

Bac + 5 / M2 et plus

Formation / Spécialisation

Advanced academic degree such as MBA, economics, law, or comparable

Niveau d'expérience minimum

3 - 5 ans

Expérience

At least 3-5 years of experience in CIB activities, preferably in a F/O team or product line (Capital markets, Financing, Commercial Banking, Investment banking).
Very good understanding of the product lines of a CIB.

Compétences recherchées

Excellent commercial and communication skills in writing or orally
Rigor, pro-activity, dynamism, ability to manage several files in parallel and good organization and prioritization abilities

Langues

Fluency in spoken and written German and English as a working language ; French an asset
